During this programme, a series of validated ideas and businesses will be provided to the participants and teams will be assembled to develop and launch these ideas. The programme includes:

• Coworking at La Finca, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, where entrepreneurs will be required to work at least 50% of the working day in person.
• A training programme of more than 60 hours, which will be held on Friday afternoons, from 16h to 20h, where entrepreneurs will receive basic notions of the digital world, marketing, ecommerce, technology, finance, etc., to launch their idea.
• An initial marketing and technology budget, so that you can make the first real validations of your idea.
• One mentor per team, experts in launching companies, who will accompany the entrepreneurs on a weekly basis.
• Access to a network of managers, entrepreneurs and human resources and recruitment professionals in top-level companies and consultancies, who will participate in the programme and in the workshops to validate and present ideas.
• Access to a network of professional investors who will be able to finance the best ideas and the best teams.

The programme is aimed at recent graduates or final year students who have good availability and are looking for entrepreneurship and entry into the digital world. They must dedicate at least 50% of their working day to the programme, in person at La Finca and attend 90% of the classes on Fridays.

You will go to the offices of La Finca, where you will have your offices together with your two future partners and the rest of the entrepreneurs and teams. We will provide you with a business idea to build and validate.

Throughout the week, you will work on your idea and set up your company, and you will learn from the other teams. You will work in sprints, with weekly objectives, to prepare a project delivery every 4-6 weeks.

At some point during the week, you will have a session with your mentor, to resolve doubts, see progress, etc.
Friday will arrive, and you will have your 4-hour training session with the expert and the selected topic, in order to continue advancing in the development of your idea.

After the first 4 - 6 weeks, you will present your first deliverable to our respected and feared investment committee. They will give feedback on your deliverable, validate it or make you start over, or even ask you to leave the programme ...

The survivors of each committee will continue to advance their idea over the weeks, receive their first investments to further develop the idea, and those who make it to the end will have formed their first company in less than 6 months.

Failure is just another stage in a future full of success. Even if you fail, in this programme you will take away many hours of knowledge, experience, friends, contacts with great professionals and companies, ..., and you will leave prepared to try again whenever you want.

The programme is valued at €18,000, however, the programme is completely free for the entrepreneur. It will be our way of investing in him.

At the end of the programme and when the company is set up, like any acceleration programme, we will take a small percentage of the capital in exchange and we will be your partners to continue helping you to scale your company.

Obviously there is. We can assume that ideas and companies will fail, but the entrepreneurs have to be committed and work hard during the programme, as we make a large financial investment and put a lot of resources into it.

If the idea and the company fail, there is no problem, but if the entrepreneur leaves the programme early or fails to meet the requirements of dedication (minimum 20 hours per week), attendance, training attendance (90% attendance), etc., the first €5,000 of the programme cost must be reimbursed.

The programme will start during March 2023. We will accept applications until 28 February 2023.
